Factory Refurbishing Service (FRS) is a division of International
Watch Liquidators. We at Watch Liquidators are proud to be
one of the largest privately owned name brand watch repair
and refurbishing companies in America. Watch Liquidators has
no direct ownership or affiliation with any American Name
Brand watch company. Watch Liquidators has refurbished, repaired
and purchased over two Million watches and repair parts. The
majority came directly from the Name Brand watch manufactures
them selves and the balance came from the manufactures retail
outlets, distributors and other recognized watch distribution
sources.
Watch Liquidators has, since its inception over ten years
ago, signed purchase contracts, repair contracts, warranty
contracts, vender agreements and sales agreements with several
large National multi store watch outlets as well as trusted
Name Brand watch manufactures in the United States. FRS is
a highly experienced watch repair facility that services all
current brands of quartz watches and FRS is located in a high
security building.
The FRS division was recently formed to expand and concentrate
on the watch-refurbishing segment of the company as well as
handle the ongoing warranty repair and contract repair portion
of the business. After careful research FRS found a way to
improved quality, reduce costs, expand output and offer a
warranty equal to or better than the original watch manufactures.
This was accomplished by having the same skilled craftsmen,
with same equipment, at the same facilities that newly manufacture
many of the watch brands that are recognized around the world
today, perform this refurbishing task. These watches under
go a complete inspection and may be completely disassembled,
refurbished or remanufactured, refinished and quality control
tested to meet the same high standards a new watch must meet.
This is done to be sure the watch meets or exceeds its original
manufactures performance and quality. This service goes well
beyond a simple repair or a new battery that is common in
the industry today.
FRS is proud to say we now offer service and a warranty of
up to eleven-years on new factory refurbished watches that
meets or exceeds the original manufactures warranty. Only
a few watch brands in the world offer a warranty period equal
to this.
That's why FRS can pledge total customer satisfaction and
can assure you of the excellence and quality of the watch
you purchase. This watch will have a "Big Blue Hang Tag"
with the Brand Name of the watch and clearly states refurbished
by FRS. FRS feels this is truly a watch that you can buy for
your own use or give as a gift to someone special with total
confidence.
The "Black Hang Tag" signifies a one-year warranty
that is nearly identical to the original manufactures warranty.
This warranty time period and terms normally match the original
watch manufactures warranty. This watch will be fully inspected
and tested by FRS. It will have a new battery and may have
had slight repairs or cosmetic enhancements if needed to maintain
its original condition.
FRS offers this one year warranty on all the watches sold
by International Watch Liquidators as a replacement warranty
for the original warranty offered by the manufacture. The
original watch manufacturer will not normally honor the factory
warranty that accompanied the watch if you do not have a sales
slip from an authorized dealer. Most new watches sold on the
Internet today are sold by unauthorized dealers making the
warranties that may accompany them invalid as well! This is
not the case with FRS; when you buy a watch with an FRS warranty
you are getting a warranty from an experienced company that
you can trust.
