Who do I contact if I didn't get a warranty card, instruction booklet. etc.?

You can contact us via e-mail info@watchliquidators.com with scanned proof of purchase information and a warranty will be mailed.

How do I exchange my new watch for another?

Within 48 hours of receipt of your watch, you must contact us for a return authorization number. The number and word "Exchange" must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned package. After we receive your watch, we carefully inspect it to be sure it is undamaged and unused, then we will repair or exchange it. The repair or exchange does not include the cost of the shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

No retail cancellations. Pay all shipping fees incurred and a 15% restocking fees on wholesale orders and you must contact us for a cancellation authorization number that must be clearly visible on the outside of the returned package.
