do I exchange my new watch for another?
Within
48 hours of receipt of your watch, you must contact
us for a return authorization number. The number and
word "Exchange" must be clearly visible
on the outside of the returned package. After we receive
your watch, we carefully inspect it to be sure it
is undamaged and unused, then we will repair or exchange
it. The repair or exchange does not include the cost
of the shipping.

sales are final. Exchange only. Within 48 hours of
