One year limited warranty starts the day of purchase per terms set forth in this warranty. Return your watch, per the instructions to FactoryRefurbishingService.com ( here after referred to AS FRS) only! Do not return your watch to the point of sale.
FRS is not affiliated with any watch manufacture. Before returning the watch for repairs always check our web site for any updates or additional services offered by FRS. Your watch has been carefully inspected, adjusted, re-batteried, electronically timed and refurbished by skilled watchmakers to give excellent service. This warranty by FRS applies to the mechanism or module of the watch. It does not include necessary periodic cleaning and oiling of the movements, replacement of batteries, crystals, cases, straps, or moisture and water damage if the case is not marked "water resistant" or if exposure exceeds the watch manufacture's water resistance limitations, damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear. The covered items (at the sole discretion of FRS) may be repaired or replaced free of repair charges, if it proves to be defective in workmanship or material under normal use. This warranty is valid only at FRS and improper repair or warranty service performed by any entity other than FRS or assigns, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship will void this warranty. If the covered watch can't be repaired it will be replaced with the same or similar or equivalent style that is available. FRS reserves the right to use genuine parts that may be new or refurbished.

• NOTICE:
  An $8.50 return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty and non-warranty service. A new battery fee is $7.50.

  Your name and a return address label.
  Your daytime phone number and e-mail address.
  A copy of your sales slip.
  A detailed description of the problem.
  Ship in sturdy box marked "Fragile".
  Use a reliable, "traceable" package carrier.
  Insure the package for the proper amount.
  Parcel will not be returned payment, name and address.
  All shipping costs and lost items claims are your responsibility.
  Do not send a gift box.
